Pictures & Videos
This policy is optional and can be opted out of- just let us know. Pictures & videos taken by Honourable Hound staff, or sent to them, may sometimes be posted on social media. We are happy to tag your pet in these posts, just ask!
Payment, Refunds & Service Expiration
Payment must be made in full during the booking process.
Refunds can be issued if requested within 5 business days after purchase.
Unused services expire 1 year after purchase. Unused services can also be transferred to other services or donated to those in need.
For private training programs: You can skip a payment anytime, no questions asked. Simply email help@honourablehound.ca to request skipping your upcoming payment. To skip more than one payment, please send your trainer & help@honourablehound.ca an email letting us know that you’d like to skip more than one payment. This allows us to take the correct action (skipping, cancelling, downgrading programs, etc.) to ensure that the people on our private training waitlists do not have to wait longer than necessary to get started training with us.
Cancellations, Rescheduling, & No-Shows
Private and drop-in group appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice, or the session will be forfeited. There is an exemption to this policy for medical emergencies.
For consecutive series group classes (e.g. 4 or 6 week classes), you can apply 50% of the value of up to 2 of your missed classes within the series to your next purchase with us.
You can reschedule an appointment up to 3 times before the session is forfeited.
No-shows forfeit their session.
