Pictures & Videos

Pictures & videos taken by Honourable Hound staff or sent to them may sometimes be posted on social media. We are happy to tag your pet in these posts, just ask!

Payment, Refunds & Service Expiration

Payment must be made in full during the booking process.

Refunds can be issued if requested within 5 business days after purchase.

Unused services expire 1 year after purchase. Unused services can also be transferred to others or donated to those in need.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, & No-Shows

Private and drop-in group appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice, or the session will be forfeited. Group classes can be rescheduled with at least 1 week’s notice before the start of the series of classes.

You can reschedule an appointment up to 3 times before the session is forfeited.

No-shows forfeit their session.
