Please note that maintenance day training is only done by our Trainers, Nina and Alex. The Trainer that you worked with will be accompanying you and Nina/Alex for the first 1-4 weeks to ensure a smooth transition.

Regular Pricing: $460 + GST* a month. Bi-weekly payments of $230 + GST available upon request.

Credit cards are automatically charged once a month on an ongoing basis. You will always get a reminder email 1 week before your card is charged. Should your card get charged accidentally, you have 5 business days after the charge occurs to request a full refund.

Cancel or pause your program anytime, no hidden fees or hoops to jump through.

Unused appointments roll over to the next cycle and expire after 1 year.
